What is Voicenotes?
Voicenotes is an AI note-taker built around speaking rather than typing. You record a thought, a meeting or a rambling idea, and it transcribes and organises the result into notes you can search later.
The pitch is capture speed: talking is faster than typing, and Voicenotes handles turning the audio into something structured.
How Voicenotes works
Record from the app in any of 100-plus supported languages. Voicenotes transcribes the audio and files it as a searchable note. The Pro plan adds real-time notes and live transcription as you speak, and Voicenotes MCP lets Claude or ChatGPT query your notes directly.
Who Voicenotes is for
People who think out loud, founders capturing ideas between meetings, journalists recording on the move, and anyone who takes notes in a language other than English.
Voicenotes pricing
Voicenotes is freemium. The Basic plan is free with unlimited recordings, but transcription is capped at 100 minutes a week and notes are only kept for 30 days. Pro at $9/user/month removes both limits and adds live transcription, unlimited history and MCP access.
Enterprise at $24/user/month adds SSO, SCIM, consent management and a guarantee of zero model training on your data.
