Introduction
Welcome to MPAT. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MPAT, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Important: Your use of our service constitutes acceptance of these terms. We recommend reviewing them periodically as they may be updated.
2. Description of Service
MPATis a review site for AI tools. It publishes reviews of individual tools, best-of lists and guides. Plan details in a review are read from the vendor's own published pages. A tool maker may submit a tool for review; an editor decides whether to review it. Where a placement is paid for, it is labelled where it appears. The site's articles accept comments.
The site publishes no editorial ratings or scores, and nothing on it is ranked by votes. Where a number appears in a review — a price, a free-tier limit — it is what the vendor published on the date given beside it.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
4. User Content
4.1 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of what you submit — a tool submission, or a comment on an article. By submitting it, you grant us a licence to use, display and distribute that content on this site.
4.2 Content Guidelines
User content must:
- Be accurate and truthful
- Not contain offensive, abusive, or discriminatory material
- Not infringe on intellectual property rights
- Not contain spam or promotional material
- Comply with all applicable laws
4.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates our guidelines or these terms.
5. Tool Submissions
When you submit a tool for review:
- You must have the right to submit the information
- The pricing and free-tier details you give must match what your own pages say
- Submitting is free. An editor reads every submission and decides whether to review the tool
- A submission does not buy a review, does not guarantee a published page, and gives you no say over what a review says
- We reserve the right to decline or remove a submission
- If you paid for a listing before paid plans were withdrawn on 13 October 2026, the terms you paid under still apply: a rejected paid submission is refunded in full; once a listing is live, payment is final
6. Intellectual Property
The MPAT platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Third-Party Links
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Listing details are read from vendors' own pages on the date shown, and vendors change their pricing and plans without notice, so we cannot guarantee that a figure is still current. Check the vendor's own page before you buy anything.
9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
