Omnia is an AI visibility (GEO) platform for small marketing teams. It tracks how brands show up in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and related engines, then uses Omnio, its built-in GEO agent, to draft content, outreach and CMS changes that you approve. Plans start at €79 a month (Growth) after a 14-day free trial, checked on the vendor site on 2 October 2026.
Omnia Review: AI Search Visibility Pricing and Trial
GEO agent for AI search visibility

Quick verdict
There is no permanent free plan: the trial is all you get before paying in euros. The more useful detail is how the bill grows. Growth monitors 25 prompts and includes 150 credits a month, which at 30 credits per insight buys about 5 insights, so credits and prompt packs are what you will end up shopping for. Both can be bought without changing plan, and credits do not expire.

Omnia at a glance
Omnia packages prompt monitoring, citation analysis, competitor benchmarks and an action agent, so teams can treat AI search as a channel rather than a black box. Growth includes up to 25 monitored prompts and 150 monthly insight credits; Pro and Enterprise raise those ceilings. Yearly billing saves 20%, which brings Growth to €63 a month.
What Omnia does
The homepage positions Omnia as AI visibility software for small marketing teams, with Omnio doing most of the GEO execution while a human orchestrates approvals. The loop the vendor describes runs discover, diagnose, strategise, create, place, measure.
Core surfaces named on the site are daily prompt tracking across major AI engines, share-of-voice and citation views, competitor comparisons, and sentiment-style narrative checks on how AI describes your pricing, support and features. The Omnio page says Omnio can rewrite pages for citations, draft missing content, open CMS-oriented work (Webflow drafts, for example) and prepare outreach emails for publisher pitches after you approve sends.
You can also connect Omnia to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through the vendor's MCP, so assistants pull share of voice, citations and prioritised work from the same dataset. Integrations mentioned for publishing and measurement include Search Console, Google Analytics and Webflow. Omnio is framed as acting on real visibility data rather than generic SEO tips, with approval before anything is published.
Who Omnia is for, and who should skip it
It fits you if you already own SEO or content for a brand, need daily AI-engine monitoring in a handful of languages or markets, and want an agent that proposes concrete GEO work (briefs, page edits, outreach drafts) rather than a dashboard alone. Agencies and scaleups that need higher prompt counts, Slack support or data exports will look at Pro or Enterprise on the pricing page.

Skip it if you only need classic Google organic rank tracking with no AI-answer focus, you refuse euro subscription billing, or you need a forever-free SEO suite. Growth's 25-prompt cap is tight for multi-brand agencies unless you buy prompt packs or upgrade.
How much does Omnia cost?
EUR, checked 2 October 2026, from the Omnia pricing page. The yearly toggle is labelled "save 20%".

| Plan | Price (EUR) | What you get | Where the tier stops |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | €0 for 14 days (no card) | Sign-up trial to see AI visibility; the vendor states visibility within minutes of starting. | Ends after 14 days unless you subscribe. Not a forever-free plan. |
| Growth | €79/month (or €63/month billed yearly) | Omnio GEO assistant; up to 25 prompts monitored daily; 150 monthly insight credits (about 5 insights at 30 credits each); 4 AI engines by default (expandable to 7); sentiment analysis listed on the Growth card. | 25-prompt ceiling unless you add packs of 25. Insight volume limited by 150 credits a month (credits roll over). |
| Pro | €279/month (or €223/month billed yearly) | Same Omnio loop with up to 100 prompts; 600 monthly credits (about 20 insights); deeper optimisation positioning for scaleups and agencies; Slack customer support called out on higher cards. | Still not Enterprise-scale prompt volume; a dedicated manager is above this tier. |
| Enterprise | From €499/month (or from €399/month billed yearly) | 200+ prompts; 1,500 monthly credits (about 50 insights); dedicated manager with 24h SLA (as shown on the pricing card). | Custom ceiling. It is "from" pricing, so confirm scope with sales for large multi-brand setups. |
Default engines are ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews; Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot are marked available on request.
How Omnia credits and prompts work
Omnia bills in two units, both described on the pricing page: prompts, which are tracked every 24 hours, and credits, which pay for insights and visibility actions. An insight costs 30 credits. Growth, Pro and Enterprise include 150, 600 and 1,500 credits a month. Credit top-up packs are 150 for €10, 750 for €50 and 1,500 for €100, and prompt add-on packs of 25 can stack without changing plan. Credits from the monthly allotment and from packs pool and carry over, and unused credits do not expire.

OAuth-style connections are described on the Omnio agent page: access tokens stay in a vault and can be revoked, and the vendor states passwords are not handed over. Read the privacy policy and terms before connecting Search Console, analytics or a CMS on a production brand. EUR amounts and engine lists can change, so re-open the pricing page before you subscribe.
Does Omnio publish without approval?
Vendor copy on the Omnio and FAQ sections says Omnio acts on your behalf and asks for approval before it publishes. Treat that as the stated product rule, and check how approval is presented before you connect a live CMS.
