Supademo Review: Pricing, Free Plan and Limits

Interactive product demos with analytics and AI agents

Supademo is a tool for recording a walkthrough of your software and turning it into an interactive demo that prospects, customers or new hires can click through. It is aimed at sales, marketing, customer success and training teams. There is a Free plan at $0, then Scale at $50 per creator a month ($38 billed annually), Business at $249 a month, Growth at $450 a month and a custom Enterprise tier.

Quick verdict

The Free plan is more useful than most, because viewers and views are unlimited even there. The catch is that the pricing page gives no demo or recording caps for any paid plan, and the same page publishes no refund policy at all. The Terms fill that gap, and the answer is that refunds are generally not offered.

What is Supademo used for?

The Supademo homepage describes an AI-native interactive demo platform for creating, sharing and tracking demos. The sections below follow its product list.

Supademo features page

Recording and editing demos

The Interactive Demo Recorder captures web or desktop workflows as shareable demos. A screen recorder and screenshot capture sit beside it, and a Figma integration turns prototypes into demos. The editor handles branching logic and audience tailoring. On the pricing page, branching and variables start on Scale, while Free includes the demo editor and AI text personalization.

HTML demos and sandboxes

The HTML Demo Builder makes HTML and CSS clones of a product without code, and it begins on the Business plan, along with HTML text and image editing. Sandbox Demo Environments, no-code environments that resemble the real product, are listed on Growth. These are the features that justify the jump from Scale to the higher tiers.

Analytics and sharing

Tracking links and analytics arrive on Scale. A demo can be shared as a link, embed, video or PDF on every plan, including Free. A Demo Hub gives teams a curated gallery of demos in one place.

AI features

Supademo AI covers demo creation, voiceovers and personalization. AI Command is an in-dashboard assistant for bulk edits, voiceovers, translations and analytics questions, and the homepage says every content-changing action needs your approval. A Supademo MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Copilot to a workspace over OAuth. AI Demo Agents are autonomous agents that guide a prospect through the product; they are billed as a separate add-on, covered below.

Integrations

The homepage names HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Slack, Marketo and Zapier, with more on the integrations page.

Who Supademo is for, and who should skip it

The homepage targets customer success, learning and development, HR, sales and marketing teams, with solution pages for presales, customer education, internal training and product managers, and industry pages for software, healthcare, finance and government. In practice that means a team that sells or supports a software product and wants one demo to replace a call or a help article.

  • Skip it if you only need a quick screen recording. A demo platform is built around steps, branching and tracking, which you will pay for on Scale and above.
  • Look elsewhere if you need formal HIPAA certification. The healthcare page says "HIPAA-friendly", and the homepage does not state a certification.
  • Budget carefully for a large team. Scale is billed per creator, so ten creators at the monthly rate is $500 a month, our arithmetic on the published $50. Growth bundles 5 creators at $450 a month, with extra creators at $50.

How much does Supademo cost?

All figures are in US dollars, read on the Supademo pricing page on 13 October 2026. The page says annual billing saves up to 24%.

Each plan includes everything on the one above it. The page states no demo or video-recording caps for paid plans, so ask before assuming they are unlimited.

The AI Demo Agent add-on

Agents run on prepaid credits that never expire, and the page lists them for Scale, Business, Growth and Enterprise. One credit is charged per agent response, voice adds 1 credit per 15 seconds of agent audio, and a typical 15-minute call uses about 20 credits. Time a buyer spends exploring without agent responses is not billed.

Recommended$2995,500$0.054$1.09
Best rate$50012,500$0.040$0.80

Custom amounts run from $99 to $5,000. Auto-recharge is optional and adds $299 when the balance falls below 500 credits, so switch it on only if you want that to happen unprompted.

Billing, renewal and refunds

Read on 13 October 2026, the Supademo Terms of Service say paid plans are billed in advance by credit card or invoice and renew automatically for periods equal to the current term. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the next billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled with advance notice, effective at renewal. Supademo generally gives no refunds, except as the law requires or as an enterprise agreement says. It may change prices with notice, and new prices apply at renewal.

Is Supademo free?

Yes. The Free plan is $0 with no stated expiry, for one creator. Beyond the plan, every workspace starts with 1,500 free AI credits, which the pricing page puts at about 75 demo calls, with no card required. The pricing page does not describe a time-limited trial.

How Supademo handles your data

The Supademo Privacy Policy (last updated 23 July 2026, read on 13 October 2026) lists account details, demo content, viewer engagement, device and browser data, and information from SSO providers, analytics tools such as Mixpanel, integration partners and payment processors.

  • AI training. The policy says: "We do not use your content to train AI models."
  • AI providers. It names none. It says third-party AI services may be used with appropriate data protection controls, and points to a Subprocessors page and an AI Policy that we did not read.
  • Retention. Account data is kept while the account is active plus three years. Demo content follows your account settings. Aggregated usage analytics are kept up to seven years, support records five years and financial records seven.
  • Deletion. After account deletion, personal information is deleted within 30 days unless the law or a legitimate business need, such as fraud prevention, requires keeping it.
  • Ownership. Under the Terms you keep all intellectual property rights in your content and grant Supademo a limited licence to host, process and display it to provide the service.

On security, the homepage lists SOC 2 Type II, and SSO via SAML 2.0 and custom data residency are Enterprise features on the pricing page.

Where Supademo's own pages disagree

  • The homepage says 200,000+ professionals use Supademo. The About page repeats 200,000+ and adds 3,000+ paying organizations. The count of professionals is a user figure, not a customer figure, so do not read it as 200,000 buyers.
  • The homepage describes AI Demo Agents as an add-on for paid plans, and the pricing page lists them from Scale. Check which plan you need before buying credits.
  • The Terms give the company's address as Middletown, Delaware, while the site footer and About page give New York.
  • The pricing page has no billing or refund FAQ. The Terms are the only place the no-refund rule appears.

How Supademo compares with other tools reviewed here

We have not reviewed another interactive-demo platform, so the closest overlap is with video tools used to explain a product.

Supademo vs HeyGen. HeyGen makes avatar-presented videos, and Supademo makes click-through demos of your real interface. HeyGen's Free plan gives no credits and videos up to 1 minute with a watermark, while Creator is $29 a month ($24 billed yearly), per our HeyGen review checked 14 September 2026. Supademo's Free plan allows 5 demos and 50 recordings with unlimited views.

Supademo vs Descript. Descript edits recorded video and audio as text. If you want a narrated screen recording, it is closer to a video editor; if you want viewers to click through steps, Supademo is the match. Descript's Free plan has 60 media minutes a month and 720p export that is not watermark-free, in our Descript review.
