CrawlRaven’s Free plan covers one website forever with Google Search Console insights and no credit card. Lifetime licenses start at $39 one-time for a single site, then $79 for three, $129 for ten, and $999 for a hundred—checked 30 September 2026 on CrawlRaven’s pricing page. If you are deciding whether Free is enough before you buy a lifetime deal (or connect the MCP server to Claude or ChatGPT), this guide walks the free-tier stop, what paid unlocks, and where the technical-audit marketing still says “coming soon.”
This article was written for MPAT after CrawlRaven launched on the board at /tools/crawlraven. It is compiled from vendor pages, not a hands-on review. Today’s other MPAT launches—Sayble and Squint—solve different jobs (live-call next lines and on-screen box Q&A), so they appear as same-day context links, not a fake three-tool roundup.
What is CrawlRaven, in one sentence?
CrawlRaven is an SEO planning product that joins Search Console, optional GA4, imported keyword lists, and crawl signals into one ranked to-do list—what to write, update, or fix first—and exposes that plan to AI clients through a remote MCP server. The product home is crawlraven.com; agent setup is documented on the SEO AI agent page and the MCP docs.
How much does CrawlRaven cost?
There is a dedicated pricing URL. Plan names and dollar amounts below come from crawlraven.com/pricing, checked 30 September 2026. Lifetime licenses sell in batches of ten; the page showed Batch 4 with three licenses left at the $39 / $79 / $129 tier when MPAT checked it. Confirm the batch price at checkout—counters change.

Free | $0 forever | 1 | GSC keyword and page performance; no card. Eligible accounts: 7-tool MCP preview, 28-day window, 20 calls/UTC day. Fuller plan, imports, GA4, wider MCP = paid. |
Lifetime · 1 site | $39 one-time (next batch $49) | 1 | Content-insights platform for life; GSC + linked GA4; keyword import; ranked opportunities; full MCP up to 13 tools; annotation management with human approval. |
Lifetime · 3 sites | $79 one-time (next batch $89) | 3 | Same scope as 1-site lifetime across three websites. |
Lifetime · 10 sites | $129 one-time (next batch $139) | 10 | Agency/consultant tier; white-label PDF reports called out on pricing. |
Lifetime · 100 sites | $999 one-time | 100 | Everything in the 10-site plan at higher allowance. More than 100: email tech.crawlraven@gmail.com per pricing page. |
No monthly self-serve subscription price was listed on that pricing page for those tiers on the check date. New purchases are processed by Creem per the privacy policy (last updated 25 September 2026); Dodo Payments is mentioned for historical receipts.
Where does the free plan stop?
The free-tier stop is not a countdown trial. It is a permanent one-website ceiling plus a thinner feature set. On Free you get Search Console keyword and page performance insights. The pricing page states that linked GA4, annotations, wider MCP access, imports, content gaps, and the full prioritized action list sit on paid lifetime tiers.
If you care about the MCP path, Free is also capped when the free preview is enabled: one pinned website, fixed 28-day Search Console reporting, at most 50 rows on several list tools, no pagination, and 20 tool calls shared across the account each UTC day—details in the MCP server documentation. The first free grant pins the website; reconnecting does not let you switch the pin. Upgrading does not silently widen an existing free grant—you reconnect and approve paid scopes.
Practical rule: stay on Free if one property’s GSC explorers answer your weekly questions. Buy a lifetime license when you need imported keyword maps, the full ranked opportunity list, GA4 outcomes, multi-site allowance, or paid MCP windows and analytics tools.
Is the $39 lifetime deal worth it?
At $39 one-time for one site, the break-even math against a $39/month GSC dashboard (the vendor’s own comparison table uses that figure as an industry example) is roughly one month—if you would have paid monthly elsewhere. That comparison is illustrative, not an MPAT endorsement of any third-party tool’s price.
The $39 tier makes sense when you already have Search Console data, you will import keyword CSVs, and you want a durable “what to ship” list without another subscription. It is a weak fit if you only needed a one-off free audit curiosity click, or if you were buying solely for the technical SEO audit: the pricing FAQ still answers that the technical SEO audit is “coming soon,” while the homepage markets a 200-point crawl. MPAT recorded both statements on 30 September 2026—verify in-product before you treat the audit as delivered.
Agencies should look at $129 (10 sites) or $999 (100 sites) rather than stacking many $39 seats, because white-label PDF language and multi-site allowance are the agency-shaped SKUs on the pricing page.
What does CrawlRaven MCP actually give you?
MCP is CrawlRaven’s remote Model Context Protocol server at https://mcp.crawlraven.com/mcp. You add it in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, or another OAuth-capable client. The client opens a browser sign-in; you never paste a Google token or cookie into the client config—the vendor’s docs emphasize that point.
Paid access can expose up to thirteen tools across approved scopes: website list, Search Console overview and daily series, query/page corpora, opportunities, target keywords, optional GA4 summary/breakdown, and optional annotation plan/status tools. Most tools read. Annotation mutations require a separate Manage annotations permission and same-user approval inside CrawlRaven within a short window. Free preview keeps seven bounded read-only tools.
That is useful if your team already asks “what should we work on this week?” inside Claude or Cursor. It is unnecessary overhead if nobody on the team will connect an MCP client—then the web app’s ranked plan is the product.
How does CrawlRaven compare to other tools on MPAT?
Okara on MPAT is an AI CMO that runs SEO/GEO, articles, and social agents from your website. Okara drafts and publishes growth work. CrawlRaven ranks evidence from Search Console and imports. Use Okara when you need agents producing channel drafts; use CrawlRaven when you need an evidence-backed priority list (optionally inside an agent).
Pip on MPAT is a Mac screen companion with Free at 30 questions/month and Pro at $15/month (facts on MPAT’s Pip listing, checked 29 September 2026). Pip answers “where do I click?” CrawlRaven answers “what SEO work ships this week?” They do not substitute.
Sayble (morning, 30 September 2026) is a live-call next-line copilot—Free one 5-minute session; Pro founder rate $24.99/month for twelve months then $39.99/month per MPAT’s listing. Squint (afternoon) explains a boxed screen region—Free 3 captures/day; Plus $10/month or $99/year. Both are desktop conversation helpers. CrawlRaven is search analytics and planning. Link them only as same-day MPAT launches, not as alternatives.
Who should buy Free vs lifetime?
Choose Free if you have one site, you mainly need GSC explorers, and you can live without CSV imports and the full opportunity queue. Choose $39 if that one site will use the ranked plan weekly and you want paid MCP. Choose $79 / $129 / $999 when site count is the constraint. Skip CrawlRaven if you need a keyword-research discovery suite (the vendor says bring your own lists) or if you cannot grant read-only Search Console access.
Is CrawlRaven free?
Yes—for one website, forever, with no credit card, per the pricing page checked 30 September 2026. Free is thinner than paid: the fuller ranked plan, imports, linked GA4, and wider MCP access are lifetime-tier features. Eligible free accounts may also get a bounded MCP preview.
How much does CrawlRaven cost after Free?
Lifetime licenses: $39 (1 site), $79 (3), $129 (10), $999 (100), one-time, with batch step-ups. Source: CrawlRaven pricing, checked 30 September 2026.
Does CrawlRaven work with ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes, via MCP OAuth. Add https://mcp.crawlraven.com/mcp, sign in, approve scopes. See MCP docs. Free preview and paid catalogs differ; reconnect after upgrading.
Can CrawlRaven change my Google Search Console?
No. The terms (last updated 31 August 2026) and privacy policy describe read-only Google access. MCP annotation tools can propose manual notes inside CrawlRaven only after you approve them; they do not edit Google configuration.
Should I wait for the technical SEO audit?
If the audit is your only reason to buy, wait until the pricing FAQ no longer says “coming soon,” or confirm the crawl is live in your account. If you mainly want GSC+import planning and MCP, the content-insights side is what the pricing page sells as available now.
