ZooWork Review: Agent Builder Pricing and Credits

Package expert know-how into managed AI agents

ZooWork is an AI agent delivery platform for forward-deployed engineers (FDEs) and domain experts. You package knowledge into Agent Skills, build agents through conversation or templates, and run them on a managed runtime with approval gates. Agent Builder Pro is $30 a month on a limited 70% promo (list price $100), with 6000 credits plus a limited-time 14000 bonus.

Quick verdict

The Pro card is clear, but it is the only fully priced thing on offer. The $30 and the 14k bonus are both marked limited-time, so the renewal price is a question mark, and neither Starter, the Managed Agent API nor Enterprise has a public dollar figure. Budget from $100, not $30, until the vendor says otherwise.

How we reviewed ZooWork

We read the ZooWork homepage, pricing page, refund policy and authentication docs on 4 October 2026.

Every ZooWork plan, price and limit in this review comes from ZooWork's own pages, checked on , and links to the page it came from. A review cannot be bought. How these reviews are written

ZooWork at a glance

ZooWork is aimed at teams that need to ship domain agents into chat and IM channels, not only prototype a chatbot. The vendor frames it as a delivery stack: skills, a conversation builder, a managed runtime, triggers, knowledge, and ZooData™ URL-to-JSON data collection.

What ZooWork does

On the homepage, the job is agent delivery for FDEs and domain experts. The claims there: packaging knowledge into Agent Skills, building agents with a conversation builder or industry templates, running them on a managed agent runtime with approval gates, and delivering them through chat and IM. Workspace and Slack-style channel connections are part of that story. The models named on the homepage are OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, GLM and Seedance. Security framing covers SSO, least privilege, auditability and tenant isolation.

What the Pro card lists

The public Pro (Agent Builder) card lists these bullets (checked 4 October 2026): Build Agents Through Conversation; 50+ Industry Agent Templates; 20+ Leading Models & Multimodal Generation; Managed Agent Runtime; IM Channel Integrations; Triggers & Scheduled Tasks; Knowledge Management; ZooData™ Data Collection. Compute on the card is a 4-core CPU, 4GB RAM and 40GB storage.

Managed Agent API and Enterprise

The same page surfaces a Managed Agent API track ("Explore Managed Agent API", for building into your product) and an Enterprise partner and org track (talk to sales). Exact API list prices were not fully published on the Pro card. Per the authentication and billing docs, the Managed Agent API uses prepaid Stripe funds on platform.zoowork.ai, and API credits are separate from subscription credits.

ZooWork was #1 on Product Hunt on 3 October 2026. Treat that as a community signal, not a rating from us.

Who ZooWork is for, and who should skip it

It fits an FDE, domain expert or product team that needs to package specialist knowledge into agents, run them on a managed runtime with approval gates and deliver them through chat and IM. It also suits a buyer who wants a USD Agent Builder subscription with multimodal model access and ZooData-style collection, and whose budget can absorb the promo ending.

Skip it if:

  • You need a forever-free agent platform. The public Pro card is a paid subscription.
  • You only want a voice phone agent. Compare Famulor.
  • You need answer-engine visibility rather than agent delivery. Compare Prefer or Omnia.
  • You need a fully public dollar ladder for the Managed Agent API and Enterprise before talking to sales.

Billing, trial and refund details

The refund policy (last updated August 6, 2026) says the Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial with no charge during the trial, cancellable in Settings→Billing, converting automatically if you do not cancel. Subscriptions may be monthly or annual. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once charged, and annual ones may qualify for a 14-day refund if 10% or less of credits were used.

The operator named on the policy is Serendipity One Inc., and the support email for refunds is support@zooclaw.ai. For API usage, the authentication docs keep prepaid Managed Agent API Stripe funds apart from subscription credits, so budget those two pools independently.

Is ZooWork free?

Not as a continuing plan. The Pro card is a paid subscription at $30 a month on promo, $100 list. The refund policy describes a Starter 7-day free trial, and the Managed Agent API uses prepaid credits rather than a free pool.
