Famulor is a German AI voice-agent platform for inbound and outbound phone calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, web chat and related messaging channels. You build assistants in a no-code flow builder, connect calendars and CRMs, and pay in euros by the minute. You start at €0 with 800 signup credits and no card, then pay €0.18 a minute, or pick Plus from €27 a month billed yearly (checked 3 October 2026).
It is aimed at small businesses, agencies and support or sales teams that want always-on voice and chat without standing up a call center.
Quick verdict
The free start is real but short, since 800 credits is only about 26 minutes of talk time per the vendor's card. Included minutes on monthly plans do not roll over, and carrier and phone-number costs sit on top of the AI minutes. Pricing also changed on 15 August 2026, so re-open the pricing page before you subscribe.

How we reviewed Famulor
We read the vendor's homepage and pricing page on 3 October 2026.
Every Famulor plan, price and limit in this review comes from Famulor's own pages, checked on , and links to the page it came from. A review cannot be bought. How these reviews are written
On the Famulor homepage the product is framed as one AI assistant trained on your knowledge base that talks across voice and text. The channels listed are phone (inbound and outbound), WhatsApp Business, live website voice, web chat, email, Telegram, Slack, Messenger, Teams, Discord, Google Chat, X and Instagram, plus ticket replies in Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow and Intercom.

Setup and integrations
The no-code flow builder is the main setup path for non-technical teams. Knowledge comes from website crawls, documents and auto-sync, and booking pages with calendar sync support AI phone scheduling. The vendor also lists 1,000+ connected apps, a public REST API, an MCP server, a CLI and white-label for agencies.
Voice stack and hosting
The homepage and pricing cards mention premium voices (including ElevenLabs, Cartesia and others in the catalog) in 34+ languages, LLM choices such as GPT Realtime, Gemini, Llama and Claude tuned for low-latency talk, and transcription through providers like Gladia and Deepgram. SIP trunking and SMS are listed under telephony. The operator is BEK Service GmbH in Kempten (Allgäu), Germany, with the database in AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) and per-workspace AI region choices: Global, EU Only or US Only.
Who is Famulor for, and who should skip it?
A good fit if you need phone and WhatsApp (or other chat) handled by one assistant, prefer euro minute billing over per-seat call-center software, and care about GDPR-oriented EU hosting. Agencies that resell voice AI will look at Agency and Scale and the white-label options on the pricing page. Solopreneurs can start on pay-as-you-go with no card.
Famulor use cases page, captured October 13, 2026.
Skip it if you only need a text help center or in-app chatbot with no telephony, if you refuse usage-based minute billing, or if you need a forever-free production call center. Pay-as-you-go burns credits quickly once the 800 signup credits are gone. Hardware phone systems and non-AI human BPO are outside Famulor's stated scope.
800 signup credits (about 26 minutes per the vendor card); no-code builder; premium voices in 34+ languages; LLM and transcription APIs; telephony and SMS / SIP. Then €0.18 per minute.
No monthly included minutes. After the signup credits, every minute is €0.18. Lower rates need a monthly plan.
Plus
€35/month, or €27/month billed yearly
100 included minutes a month; 3,000 credits a month; memory, analytics, QA, automations, live monitoring; extra minutes €0.16/min; second-precise billing.
100-minute ceiling before overage. Unused minutes do not roll over.
Pro
€129/month, or €103/month billed yearly
667 included minutes a month; 20,000 credits a month; same overage €0.16/min; positioned for growing teams running real campaigns.
Still not Agency volume; white-label and the highest concurrent capacity sit higher.
Agency
€259/month, or €216/month billed yearly
1,667 included minutes a month; 50,000 credits a month; €0.12/min overage; Revenue Autopilot and Priority Support ship with Agency per the pricing copy.
Below custom Scale rates and enterprise SLAs.
Scale / Enterprise
Custom (from €0.05/min on Scale)
Custom volume and rate; the Enterprise card lists omnichannel, GDPR and CCPA, uptime SLA, JWT, audit log, SAML SSO and data residency options.
"From" or tailored pricing: confirm with sales.
The yearly toggle is labeled "Save 2 months". Pricing changed on 15 August 2026, and existing customers keep their current plan pricing through 31 December 2026. No setup or onboarding fees are charged, per the FAQ.
How credits and minutes bill
Famulor bills in minutes and credits. Credits have no fixed euro rate: €1 of top-up buys the same talk time as €1 of extra minutes (167 credits per €1 on pay-as-you-go, 194 on Plus and Pro, 250 on Agency, 600 on Scale). Example credit costs shown on the page: a voice call costs 30 credits a minute, inbound messaging 0.5 a message, outbound messaging 5 a message, and a website crawl 1 a page.
Included minutes on Plus, Pro and Agency reset monthly and do not roll over, per the pricing FAQ. The vendor's docs describe a minimum AI charge of 30 seconds per call with second-precise billing after that. Carrier and network fees are separate and typically rounded up by the minute. Phone number rental is a monthly add-on: extra phone numbers are listed at €2 a month each on several cards, and regional rates vary.
Is Famulor free?
To start, yes. The 800 signup credits need no card, and after them pay-as-you-go is €0.18 a minute unless you take Plus or higher. You can change or cancel plans at any time, per the pricing FAQ.
Is Famulor GDPR compliant?
The vendor states GDPR (DSGVO) compliance, EU database hosting in Frankfurt, selectable EU-only AI processing, PII-redacted transcripts, configurable retention and a signable DPA. Transcripts are described as PII-redacted on write, and recordings and transcripts are not used to train models without customer opt-in, per the vendor's trust copy. For EU teams, pick EU, US or Global processing in the workspace, request a DPA in the Legal Hub and set retention so old calls auto-delete. Read the DPA page and the in-app Legal Hub before connecting production CRM or calendar data, and run your own legal review for regulated workloads.
Does Famulor support only phone?
No. Phone is central, but the homepage also lists WhatsApp, web chat, live website voice, email and the other channels named above. Confirm channel availability for your region in the product before go-live.
