ConvoScore is an AI chat widget that replaces a website's contact form, asks each visitor what they need, and scores the request High, Medium or Low before it reaches your inbox. It is built for small B2B sales teams. A free plan covers one site and one chatbot; Starter costs $49 a month.
MPAT read the ConvoScore homepage, the ConvoScore pricing page, the FAQ, the security page and the legal pages on 8 October 2026. This page is compiled from those pages and from the maker's own product screenshots, not from a hands-on test: MPAT did not create an account or embed the widget. ConvoScore was listed on Fazier with a launch date of 7 October 2026, after an earlier, unfeatured Product Hunt post dated 8 September 2026. It also launched on the MPAT launch board, where this listing lives at /tools/convoscore.
ConvoScore in one paragraph
ConvoScore is a lead-qualification chatbot for company websites. Instead of a five-field "Contact us" form, visitors type what they want in a chat bubble or an inline panel. Google's Gemini model runs the conversation and pulls out the visitor's name, company, need and urgency. A fixed rule set then labels each finished request High, Medium or Low, and the request lands in a dashboard with the full transcript and an email alert. Setup is one script tag. As of 8 October 2026, the Free plan covers one site and one chatbot and shows a small ConvoScore badge; Starter is $49 a month or $490 a year, and Growth is $129 a month or $1,290 a year, billed in US dollars through Paddle. It suits small sales teams whose form inbox fills with unsorted messages. It is a one-person, bootstrapped product based in Istanbul, so larger buyers should weigh support capacity.
What ConvoScore does
The features below come from the homepage and the ConvoScore FAQ, read on 8 October 2026, plus the dashboard screenshots the maker posted with the Fazier launch.
- A chat in place of the form. The widget runs as a floating bubble, as an inline panel on a page such as pricing or contact, or as both. The vendor says the script loads asynchronously.
- Structured capture. The AI turns free text into fields: name, company, role, need and urgency. The homepage says conversations can run in up to 8 languages.
- Rule-based priority. Each finished conversation gets a High, Medium or Low label, with the reason shown next to it. The maker's screenshots also show a numeric score beside the label.
- A request dashboard. Requests appear in a filterable list with the transcript and extracted fields. Chats that ended early sit in a separate Conversations view for manual follow-up.
- A no-code studio. You set the persona, greeting, quick replies, which fields to ask for, colours and panel size. Published changes go live without reinstalling the script.
- A/B tests. The FAQ says each chatbot can run A/B variants, and the dashboard help text says the control variant is your existing page, so the chat can be tested against your current form.
- Bring your own Gemini key. Each site can use the platform's key or your own Google Gemini API key, billed under your Google account.
You can try the widget without signing up on the vendor's live demo, which runs on a fictional e-commerce analytics site.
How the scoring works
The homepage lists four inputs to the score: how complete the visitor's answers are, how urgent the stated need is, company size, and how clear the reason is. The FAQ calls this a transparent rule set, but the fields it reads are extracted by a language model, and the FAQ itself says scores can be wrong and should mean "look at this first". You can re-tag any request by hand.
An optional lead-verification setting, described in the ConvoScore privacy policy, sends the company name, email domain and, if the company checks out, the visitor's name to the search provider Tavily, so Gemini can extract company facts and a job title. If you switch it on, say so in your own privacy notice.
Who it is for, and who should skip it
A good fit if you run a B2B or service website where most inbound leads arrive through a contact form, and a small team spends time sorting real buyers from mistaken or low-intent messages.
Skip it if you need a support desk that answers product questions from your documentation; the vendor's comparison pages treat bots that answer from your content, such as Chatbase, as a different job. Skip it too if you need multi-user roles, SSO or an uptime guarantee below Enterprise, or a list of ready-made CRM integrations; MPAT found none, and Growth offers integrations on request. Conversation text is processed by Google's Gemini API, mainly in the United States.
Plans and prices
| Plan | Price | What you get | Where the tier stops |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0, no card | 1 site and 1 chatbot, full visual builder, AI conversations with lead capture and scoring, an email alert for every new request, analytics | Widget shows a small ConvoScore badge; one site only; usage limits apply but are not published as numbers |
| Starter | $49 a month, or $490 a year | Everything in Free, up to 5 chatbots, badge removed, ready-made design presets, quick replies, email support with a reply within 1 business day | No priority support or guided onboarding |
| Growth | $129 a month, or $1,290 a year | Everything in Starter, up to 25 chatbots, priority support with a reply within 6 hours, integration requests built by the vendor, a guided onboarding session | No multi-user roles, SSO or SLA |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Unlimited chatbots across several sites, multi-user access with roles, SSO, custom data retention, a DPA, an SLA and a dedicated support channel | Price not published |
Yearly prices equal ten months of the monthly price, which the pricing page labels "2 months free". The ConvoScore terms of service, updated 28 August 2026, say the free plan is "subject to usage limits", and an in-app billing note mentions a monthly lead limit on Starter, but no page gives a number.
Per the ConvoScore refund and cancellation policy, also dated 28 August 2026, your first paid purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, once per account. After that, monthly plans are not pro-rated, and annual plans are refunded pro-rata only for an unresolved fault. If a renewal fails, the site falls back to the free plan without losing data.
Privacy, data and terms
The ConvoScore security page, updated September 2026, says lead, transcript and score data sits in a managed PostgreSQL database run by Neon in Frankfurt (AWS eu-central-1). The privacy policy, updated 20 September 2026, says Vercel compute, the Gemini API and transactional email run mainly in the United States. The security page names Brevo for email while the privacy policy names Google Workspace, so the two pages disagree on that point.
For your visitors' data you are the controller and ConvoScore is your processor; a signed DPA is available on request. The vendor says conversations are never sold or added to third-party training data. Lead records are kept until you delete them, server logs for up to 30 days, and account data is deleted within 30 days of closing the account.
The terms set Turkish law and Istanbul courts, a minimum age of 16, and a 99.9% uptime target with no contractual SLA. The ConvoScore about page names the founder and sole developer, Ilkay Bora, a software engineer in Istanbul, and says the product is bootstrapped with no outside investors. MPAT found no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 claim on the site.
How it compares to tools already on MPAT
MPAT lists no other chatbot built only to qualify website leads; these are the closest.
- XBert, the AI employee for calls, SMS and chat, lists a public price of $99 a month for 100 sessions, then $0.99 per extra session, with no forever-free plan, per its MPAT listing checked 3 October 2026. XBert covers phone, text and chat across the funnel; ConvoScore does one job on your website and starts free.
- Chat.sh, the AI help center that answers with citations, has a free plan with 100 AI answers a month and a one-time Lifetime plan at $399, per its MPAT listing checked 2 October 2026. Chat.sh answers questions from your docs; ConvoScore asks the visitor questions and ranks the request.
- NiroHelp, the WordPress help desk with AI answers, keeps its free plan without AI and adds the AI chatbot on Starter at $9.99 a month, per its MPAT listing checked 28 September 2026. NiroHelp is for support tickets on WordPress; ConvoScore works on any site and is aimed at sales leads.

How much does ConvoScore cost?

Google's Gemini API, according to the FAQ and terms, with the option of your own Gemini key per site. The High, Medium or Low label comes from a rule set applied to the fields Gemini extracts.
